Microsoft outlook is an information and email management tool. It is an integrated solution that allows users to better manage the information and time. Mailbox is the basic feature of outlook 2007. Some users are not aware of the fact that outlook allows creating the additional mailbox. The task is pretty simple and can be accomplished by the following procedure.
Steps:
- Open Microsoft outlook. Click on Tools from the menu bar and select Account Settings.
- Now press the Change button.
- In the displayed window, tap the button of More Settings.
- Hit the Advanced tab and press the Add button.
- In the resulting window of Add Mailbox, give the name to your additional mail box and press OK button.
- To verify, find the additional mailbox under the option of “Open These Additional Mailboxes” and press OK button.
- Click the Next button.
- Press finish button and then click close to exit the window and you have your additional mailbox.
